We offer three options for your catering needs: you can pick up everything you need for your event, have us drop it off at your location or have us deliver and serve your guests.

Our customers love our BBQ and we have become the favorite choice of all who try us when visiting the Beavers Bend area.

The following are choices to communicate with us so you can have a problem free and successful event with the best BBQ and service in the Beavers Bend area:

If you’re picking up your BBQ:

Let us know the date and time you need and if you want it hot when you pick it up or if you will be heating it up yourself at a later time.

Lets us know if you need plates and plastic tableware with your pick up (add .50 per person).

If we’re dropping off your BBQ:

Let us know the date and time and location where you need your BBQ dropped off ($25.00 delivery fee).

Let us know if you want it hot when we drop it off or if you will be heating it up yourself at a later time.

If we’re delivering and serving our BBQ at your event:

Let us know the date and time and location where you need your BBQ served ($25.00 delivery fee & 25.00 serving fee).

We will deliver, set up the serving area and have the BBQ ready for you at the time of your event. After everyone is served we clean up the serving area and leave plenty of food for those who want a second helping.

We will appreciate any gratuity your choose to give for your servers

When you call to make a catering reservation, please be ready to provide the following information, but don’t worry if you don’t have all the answers – we’ll help you through it:

What is the date, time and location of your event?

How many people will we be serving? Your final count is due 5 business days prior to your event and will be the number we prepare BBQ for and the number on the bill.

How will you be paying for the event? We accept cash, check or any major credit card. A deposit will be required according to the number of guests attending your event. Your deposit will be applied to your bill. We request the balance be given to us upon our arrival at your event.

If you have to cancel your deposit will not be returned if cancelled less than 2 weeks before the event. If you cancel within 72 hours you will be billed for the event at 100% of the cost.
